Product Description

The factory plastic self-adjusting quadrant is fine for stock clutches, but when you add a heavy duty clutch or some fast power-shifts, it starts to bend. This unwanted flex causes inconsistent clutch engagement and missed shifts at best, plus worn synchronizers and a broken quadrant at worst. Replace that weak plastic clutch quadrant with Steeda's super strong billet aluminum "Double Hook" quadrant. The strong flex free billet quadrant design stands up to the hardest shifts.

Steeda's exclusive Double Hook design lets you use your choice of an adjustable clutch cable or firewall mounted cable adjuster. Or use both together for the ultimate adjustment versatility. With other quadrants you are locked into one type of adjustment mechanism. With Steeda's Double Hook Quadrant, the choice is yours!

Great Product

Stock clutch cable assembly was shoot in my 98 GT and caused my throwout bearing to fail on me when I installed new clutch kit. Ordered the steeda clutch cable assembly along with new throwout bearing had everything done in 4-5 hours the cable runs same way the stock one does instructions was simple not very detailed but if you work on your car much you can handle. I recommend this upgrade so easy to adjust compared to the stock crap!

Excellent Part!

For anyone that has some mileage on their Fox or SN95, this is honestly a great buy. The stock adjuster will work for a while but you really do need change it. The pedal feel is instantaneous. Clutch response increases and the transmission noises do diminish. Now the bad part. You have to adjust the cable accordingly when you get this kit. Buying just part of it is ill advised. You will adjust the cable, you will adjust the firewall adapter. So make sure you have a friend who knows and can explain how it feels if you are the one under the car. But beyond that. Great kit!
