06 Musstang GT with Check Engine Codes after Underdrive Pully Install

I have installed a Steeda Underdrive Pully set on my 06 Mustang Gt and keep getting Check Engine Codes since the install. Prior to the install there were not any thrown codes. The car does have a BBK CAI and Throttle Body Spacer.

The latest are:

P0300 - Random Misfire Detected
P0306 - Cylinder (6) six Misfire Detected
P1000 - OBD Systems Rediness Test Not Complete (This has been repeating since the install).

I have checked all wiring connections and vacuum lines and everything looks good there. I have even reinstalled the tune (Diablo Sport 91 Octane).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your crank pulley wasn't torqued down correctly. The timing wheel behind the crank is wobbling, which causes those OBD codes you're getting. Retorque the crank pulley correctly, and those codes will go away

i have the same deal but just one code 0302...did retorque do it for the codes?
