I purchased the Adjustable Upper Control arm and while waiting for it to come in I removed the Stock Arm and the Bushing on the Axle.

Wel the  Control arm came in and there was no Bushing for the Axle side just two washers.

What bushing do I need to buy? the  555-4436 looks like it used the metal housing from the stock bushing with the rubber removed, is this true?
Please help,
I need to get my car on the road again.

555-4436 comes with a new sleeve for the bolt, but it reuses the factory housing. If you threw it away or ruined it, you'll have to get one from your local Ford dealer to mount the bushing in.

2 things:

Make sure absolutely everything has been removed from the factory ring before inserting the bushing.

Don't over-lube the bushing. Too much lube can cause the bushing to pop out.
