Stop the Hop Pak - What Grease?

Hey all, new to this forum.  Just got my first of many Steeda suspension components.  Picked up the Stop the Hop pak (from another mustang enthusiast) but no grease.  Could someone tell me what type needs to be used on the control arm bushings prior to assembly?  Thanks, Steve - 2007 GT/CS 5- Speed

just use a good synthetic suspension grease for the install, same type of stuff for swaybar bushings.
